George W. Bush is a Torturer
President Bush said Saturday he vetoed legislation that would ban the CIA from using harsh interrogation methods such as water boarding to break suspected terrorists because it would end practices that have prevented attacks.
WATER BOARDING IS TORTURE.
WATER BOARDING IS INHUMANE.
TORTURE IS NOT AN EFFECTIVE METHOD OF INTELLIGENCE GATHERING.

I believe the REAL reason for floating this idea is that too much information is going to get out once Canadian soldiers really start dying in Afghanistan, for no real reason other than American Empire. This is a pre-emptive strike against free speech by members of our military. It is utter nonsense that pictures home are "logistic threats". The Afghani rebels know where are the NATO operations are taking place.

She is 87 years old and refuses to eat again until Conyers begins impeachment proceedings. She told me "I've had a good life. I can't think of any better way to end it.
New Hampshire State Rep will not eat, willing to die for impeachment.
This right here is the true American spirit of freedom and patriotism. Its just sad that it takes an old lady, as brave as she is, to suffer to show the rest of us the way. Betty Hall is a true patriot and a REAL American. We will follow this story, perhaps this is the spark that is needed to wake folks up. God Bless you Betty.

US soldiers are being trained to conduct round ups, confiscate guns, and shoot American citizens, as part of a long standing program for the declaration of martial law, according to a soldier who has just returned from Iraq.
The American government gives up the pretense that it doesn't conduct torture, as Literal Dick Cheney says he approves of waterboarding and other "harsh interrogation tactics". And is unrepentant about it.
Remember, they hate us because we are 'free'.
Former Reagan administration member Paul Craig Roberts with an excellent piece that shows how the American sheeple are being suckered into supporting McCain and more Neo-Con evil.
McCain hopes to get the voter support of dispensationalist "Christian" psychopaths by cozying up with Israel.
As the Ron Paul campaign winds down, Paul announces, somewhat prematurely in my opinion, that there will be no third party run. I love Ron Paul and his message but this is a mistake. I hope Dr. Paul reconsiders and might use such a run to awaken more Americans to the mortal danger their country and their future is headed towards.

Don't Tase Me, Big Bro
Tasers. A harmless little tool for our friendly neighborhood police officer/government protection worker to subdue the unruly, thus saving the use of deadly guns and saving lives. Sounds great, right? Wrong. Dozens of people have now been murdered by this "harmless" tool.
Ask the family of Mark Backlund, now deceased for being "uncooperative" (whatever that means) and getting a little taste of sparky. Ask the mother of Robert Dziekanski, who had to bury her son because the Vancouver RCMP got a little trigger happy. It appears now that the police, who no doubt have a difficult job, are now substituting public safety for their own safety and for, well, convenience sake. Its easier to just jolt someone who is mouthy, crazy or just a pain in the ass than actually take some effort to do their jobs, for some police, or so it seems. The mindset of the person using the taser, as this excellent article by Christopher Manion at Lew Rockwell.com illustrates, makes it difficult to continue to justify the use of tasers.
It doesn't look like the taser is the only tool "to protect" us that we have to fear.
Meanwhile, the Pentagon is now researching the use of chemical weapons and stress contagions to keep us "free". And subdued.
